Ultra hip Spaniards opening a bakery in Berlin in ultra hip Mitte is always a safe bet. This bakery is serving some pretty tasty croissants, pain au chocolat, cardamom and cinamon buns, plus seasonal pastries. Accompanied, of course, by specialty coffees. The sourdough comes head to head with other great ones from the city and the pastries are solid, some have strong nordic vibes and can fulfill these cravings, if you have them. It is, of course, on the expensive side, but a great option to grab a superior carb on the run.
Watch out for their specials, there's some cool surprises like Basque cheesecake and Swedish Semla (yum)
