Wasser - Seafood Bar is Chef Yannick Stockhausen’s newest project after he proved everything he wanted to in the fine dining world with his previous Michelin starred restaurant, Cordo. The menu kicks-off with a selection of oysters of top-notch quality, accompanied by an outstanding mignonette. Their raw product is really good, think razor clams, mackerel and blue shrimp served together with big and bold flavors, yet they don’t overpower the subtlety of the seafood. The cooked dishes are just as good actually and can catch new twists from very traditional plates like monkfish with spinach and hollandaise to more playful creations like squid tacos. You can definetely feel the chef's Hamburg roots in this special seafood bar.
