After a long battle with German bureaucracy (relatable) Dotori I Korean Anju Bar has finally managed to open for business! They’re bringing the concept of "anju" to Prenzlauerberg. Anju literally translates to “food you eat with alcohol” but in practice it’s more about never having drinks without something to eat (smart). So enter Banchan, the small selection of Korean dishes, Kimchi, Korean pancakes and other bites to accompany a selection of natural wines and craft beer.
